Metabolic Health Coaching

This program is about creating lifestyle changes that transform metabolic health, which do not happen overnight. Therefore, we will work 1 on 1 together over four months to build the motivation and consistency that is needed for meaningful change. The following is included in the program fee:

  • 12 one hour 1 on 1 coaching sessions across four months

  • Unlimited communication with me via email to answer any questions or concerns you may have in between sessions

  • Personalized program created for you including nutrition guidelines and meal plans, exercise regimen, mindfulness practices, and steps to detoxify your lifestyle, all with the goal to improve metabolic health

Program fee: $2,200

Private 1 on 1 personal training and yoga sessions can be added for a supplemental charge - Please see offerings below

Private Yoga Instruction

Yoga creates space to slow down and strengthen the mind-body connection - something critical for optimizing metabolic health

Each yoga session will be personalized and designed to match your particular needs and goals, allowing you to feel energized and balanced

​The sessions are based on Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga principles. Meditation, relaxation and breathing techniques will also be incorporated during the practice depending on your needs and goals

Instruction is provided virtually - must have access to yoga mat / desired props

$80 per hour

Private Personal Training

Resistance training and low impact movement are critical for maintaining muscle and promoting metabolic health, especially for women!

We will work together to gain strength and completely transform your body composition, mind, and energy

Each personal training session will be designed to match your particular goals and fitness level

Instruction is provided virtually - must have access to weights / gym equipment

$80 per hour
